Email, Site, Mobile App, Digital Paid Media, In-Store Signage, and Featured Digital Experience
The goal was to reimagine the site experience, top-of-funnel for the customer, in a rich, elevated experience with a visual presentation that had images end-to-end. This user experience exercise involved collaboration of several cross-functional partners to successfully execute.
The ecommerce shopping platform was not responsive to customers with screens larger than 1080px. The ability to showcase end-to-end images was limited and stylistically the navigation was not transparent and sticky on the user scroll.
With user research and dedicated testing, we implemented a fully responsive homepage that allowed for images that would be end-to-end with a sticky navigation.
